Life Project

Our final project of the year was a project using iMovie to make a project about our lives, from birth to present day. It involved using scanners to put pictures in the project, mixing music, adding video to it, and trying to make it interesting. My final project turned out very well. I had pictures of me as a baby, in grade school, and from this year's Freshman year. It was very enjoyable to do a project like this. I hope that next year we could do another project similar to this one. Overall, I enjoyed making my video and enjoyed watching others.

Rock n Roll Project

For the music genome project, I chose the genre of classic Rock n Roll. There were others choices I could have made, but I decided to go with Rock n Roll. I chose it because I like Rock. Anyway, we had to use GarageBand to mix the music and make it go together with the project. When we were done, we went to iMovie to add pictures and videos into the final video. I thought the overall project was really nice and crisp when it came out. It had a video in it, and the music matched well with all the pictures. I thought it was fun as an overall project.

Group Project Part 2

After we had gathered all of the information and interviews that we needed, we had to put it together in iMovie. We added the music at certain parts, pictures, interviews in certain spots, and edited the film to make it appear crisper. To our group, we thought the project had turned out very well. The talking from the teacher and the counselor was on cue, and the music we used did not interfere with the other talks going on. It turned out very well, and our group believes that we will receive a good grade on the project. We had also worked together very well together. It was a great group effort.

French Group Project

We had to make a movie recently for the incoming freshman about a certain topic. Our group decided to use French I. We used iMovie and Photo booth to perform this assignment. We had to interview the French  teacher and a counselor. We talked about how to sign up for the class and what happens in class. We also added music and pictures in the project to enhance it. I learned how to use iMovie more effectively and how to edit film. It was a pretty cool project, and I learned a lot from doing it. I think that the freshman will enjoy it and learn from the film.

Podcast

We had to make a Podcast using GarageBand. It was based on a movie of our choice. I chose Rocky. During the podcast, we have to talk about the movie and what happens during it. In addition, we have to add pictures at certain scenes and jingles. It turned out pretty well. I thought that the best part of the Podcast was recording our voices and talking about the movie. I do not know why, but it seems like your voice sounds different when you are talking either on a camera or on the computer. It was a fun project, and I hope to do something like this again.

Storyboard Project

Our group has been working on a group PowerPoint presentation. We decided to choose French I as our topic of choice. So far, it has been pretty fun to find music, pictures, and quotes. Each one of us has a certain part that we have to do. I have to interview a counselor about how to sign up for French, and how much it costs. So far, we are off to a great start. We have our music selected, pictures, quotes, and a slide background. It is looking very good. I think that the final overall project will come out well and neat.

iPhoto Name Project

We recently made a project using iPhoto about our names and interests. We had to find letters of our first and last names with letters found in unique ways. Also, we found pictures of our interests and turned all of the photos into a slideshow. We added music and effects to the pictures. It was somewhat hard to find pictures, because letters in nature are hard to come by. Overall, it was a fun idea, but somewhat hard to find the photos. I would like to do something like this again. I think that everyone else enjoyed it as well.
